Sweet Trail

Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Paaket Games ("we", "us") about Sweet Trail (the "game"). By downloading or playing the game, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

On this page

1. Who can play

Anyone can play Sweet Trail. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, and ask them before you buy anything.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download the game and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game and everything in it, including its art, music, characters, levels and code, belong to us or to our licensors. Apart from this licence, you get no rights in the game.

3. Your progress

The game saves your progress on your device. Where the online features are available, a copy is also kept on our server as a backup, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can create an account with your e-mail address and a password, which keeps your progress so you can continue on another device; signing in there merges that device's progress into your account. Please use an address you control and keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you have not created an account and you uninstall the game, reset your device or lose it, your progress may be lost, and we may not be able to restore it.

Deleting your data in Settings › Privacy removes your progress and your purchases for good.

4. Coins, boosters and other virtual items

Coins, boosters, lives, stars, bakery decorations and the other items in the game are virtual items. You get a limited licence to use them in the game; you do not own them. They have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and they cannot be sold, traded or moved to another account or game, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may change how virtual items work, including their prices, what they do and how you earn them. We will not take away items you have bought without a good reason, such as a refund, the correction of an error or a serious breach of these terms.

5. Purchases

6. Ads and rewards

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Rewarded ads are optional: the reward is given once the ad has finished, within daily limits. Occasional full-screen ads may appear after you win a level. The "Remove forced ads" purchase switches these off, and rewarded ads stay available. Ads come from third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or content they advertise.

7. Playing fair

When you play, please do not:

Photo rules. Other players see your profile photo, so it must be friendly for everyone. It must not show nudity, underwear or sexual content; violence, blood or weapons; self-harm; drugs or drug use; hate symbols or rude gestures; readable personal details, such as a phone number, an address, a username, a link or a QR code; or a child as the main subject. Only use a photo you took yourself or have permission to use. Photos are checked automatically before other players see them, and players can report a photo or hide a player's photos. A photo reported by several players is hidden until we review it.

If you break these rules, we may reset or remove your event scores and leaderboard entries, remove items gained unfairly, remove your profile photo or stop you using photos, or suspend or end your access to the online features. Where we can, we will act in proportion and tell you why.

8. Events and leaderboards

Events such as the Weekend Bake-off run for a limited time, and each event's rules are shown in the game. Leaderboards show generated names ("Baker" followed by four characters), each player's avatar or profile photo, scores and ranks. Tap another player's photo to report it or to hide their photos. We may correct results that are wrong or that come from a breach of these terms. Event rewards are virtual items and have no cash value.

9. Changes, updates and availability

We keep working on the game. We may add, change or remove features, levels, events and items, and you may need to install updates to keep playing, especially the online features. The online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.

We may stop offering the game or its online features, but we will try to give reasonable notice in the game first. If the online features end, the parts of the game that work offline stay playable on your device for as long as the stores and your device allow.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop playing at any time and delete your data in Settings › Privacy. We may end or suspend your licence, or your access to the online features, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires us to. When these terms end, your licence to the game and to its virtual items ends too. Sections 4, 11, 12 and 14 keep applying after that.

11. The game is provided "as is"

We want Sweet Trail to be fun and to work well, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your legal rights, including your rights if digital content is faulty.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for lost progress or virtual items, or for business losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in the game in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Apple and Google

If you downloaded the game from the App Store:

If you downloaded the game from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply, and Google is not responsible for the game.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly and informally.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game before it takes effect. If you keep playing after that, the updated terms apply; if you do not agree with them, please stop playing and delete your data.
